Summary: At around 7-8pm the thermostat becomes locked out and cannot be engaged; I am all for being eco-friendly but it should be our choice whether we sleep with the AC on, not the hotel’s choice.

Summary: It was a real treat to stay at the historic Bellevue Palace hotel. 5* luxury. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Its location was also ideal as very close to the historic city centre.

Summary: My wife and I loved staying at the Bellevue Palace. The staff went above and beyond with their kind hospitality. The hotel is within walking distance of all of downtown. The style of the room/bathroom was superb. Very clean. Beds/linens/pillows were all really comfortable. Valet parking was wonderful. Definitely a 5 star stay at this beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to others.

Summary: We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Bellevue Palace Hotel. The hotel was outstanding with incredible ambiance; the welcoming staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was impeccably clean and spacious while the restaurants and breakfasts were five stars. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
